Application process

The QFC operates a streamlined application process for those seeking to establish in the QFC.

The process has been designed to allow the Applicant Firm to make a single submission to the QFC Regulatory Authority.

The Application Forms (Forms Q01, Q02 and Q03) must be completed based on the Applicant Firm's knowledge of its proposed business and the Applicant Firm must provide as full and complete information as is reasonably possible.

The Regulatory Authority aims to process all applications for both Licensed and Authorised firms within three months of receipt, provided the application received is complete.
